• No Warranty: We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised.

3. User Obligations

• Accuracy: You must provide truthful information when creating an account and listing items.
• Compliance: All listings must comply with New Zealand law, including the Fair Trading Act.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

4. Prohibited Items & Conduct

Users may not list items that are illegal in New Zealand, including but not limited to:

• Prescription medicines or unapproved health supplements.
• Offensive weapons (e.g., flick knives, butterfly knives).
• Counterfeit goods or pirated software.
• Alcohol or tobacco (unless you hold the appropriate NZ liquor license).

5. Fees and Services

Registration is currently free. If you choose to use paid “Featured Ad” services, fees are non-refundable once the ad has been published.

To the maximum extent permitted by NZ law, TradyNZ is not liable for any loss or damage (financial or otherwise) resulting from your use of the site or transactions made through the site.
